This includes space planning, lighting, color palette, custom furniture/cabinet design, and accessorizing. We also specialize in one-room / one-day makeovers.

Here is where I come into your home for 2 hours where we will discuss ideas ranging from the layout of the space, paint & color, and window treatments to decorative items to furniture and material selections. Whatever the scope is you have Christina’s full professional interior design experience at your fingertips.

Report includes:
• Summary Page referencing all recommendations discussed during the meeting. (Paint reference, furniture placement, materials, decoration, etc....)

Christina has been trained in the USA for home staging since 2008. When living in the USA she had a record of her client’s home selling quickly and sometimes on the first day. Now working in France, one thing that remains the same is the principles of interior staging. Christina holds tight to the best practices when preparing a home for sale. She also understands when working on interior staging projects, each one calls for different styles, improvements, and transformations which is why she looks at budget-friendly enhancements and staging techniques to help maximize her client’s investment.

Interior Staging Consultation
Here is a quick and efficient way to provide our client’s occupied homes with a road map to interior staging for marketing purposes. This is an itemized detailed room-by-room report that focuses on key selling points. We will come to the property to assess the staging needs of the home, take quick photographs, and document information. This may include but is not limited to, repairs, furniture placement, lawn, paint, art, and highlighting architectural features. If time permits, we will demonstrate a staging sample in an eligible space. We then will email all the recommendations and what was discussed in the initial meeting to the client. Once staging is complete, we will come for a follow-up visit to take photos and deliver via the Internet.
Investment:
• Verbal No Report - 2hrs | 190 €
• With Report – additional 2hrs| 380 €

TURN -KEY Interior Staging/Styling
We start our interior transformation by rearranging usable furniture, artwork, and rugs, de-personalizing, and accessorizing. We do not want to add to the stress of selling your home, so we will work within a functional staging environment for you and your family. We manage delivery and pick-up days for orders. (If applicable). If you inquire about our de-cluttering service, we can start it on the same visit. Any repairs, sourcing out rental furniture, and/or paint recommendations would be completed prior to staging. Once accomplished, we will have a house that is classified as competition! If this service is purchased because of an initial consultation - 100€ of a written consultation fee and 50€ of the verbal consult fee will be applied towards this service.
Investment:
• 300€/for half day
