DESIGN PROCESS

 

PHASE 1

  • 1. Discovery call : 20 mins

    A conversation on the phone or video chat to discover the scope of your project, knowledge of the client’s budget, and timelines, and we will then walk you through our process, and answer any questions you may have.

    2. In-person Initial meeting 1-2 hours

    We schedule an onsite visit to discuss clients’ interior decoration project, client’s lifestyle, and the potential of the space(s)

    3. Proposal (one week Approx.)

    If the client decides to move forward with the (DECO BOOK) report, then we will send you a proposal tailored to your project.

 

PHASE 3

  • 1.Business Consultation s

    Submit of technical drawings to qualified craftsmen.

    2. Monitoring of the Execution of works

    Supervising work, management of timeliness, and track progress.

    3. Acceptance of work and end of mission

    Mission Ends

PHASE 2

  • 1. Conceptual Design (1-3 weeks)

    We create a complete design concept, preliminary plans, and source the proposed vision based on your preferences and lifestyle.

    2. The Recommendation & Creation Presentation | Revisions (1-2 Weeks)

    This is the big vision for your redesigned space using mood boards, furniture plans, and 3D visual aid. We present all this to you during a presentation and leave the design to you to make your feedback on the design.

    3. Business Consultation File

    After validation of the project plan, we make final revisions and submit all technical plans and drawings graphically documented in a Deco Book (report). Optional addiitons include a shopping list and realistic photo renderings.

 

PHASE 4

  • Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment

    1. Procurement and Shopping

    ***For the client who wants the designer to order the furniture, fixtures & equipment.***

    Shopping with clients at showrooms/design shops. Order management and facilitating deliveries on furniture, rugs, accessories, and artwork.

    FEE: A percentage of all items we order.

    2. Final Touches.

    During our last meeting, we presented the final product of their interior decoration.
