It’s Time To Come Full Circle
What if closure wasn’t an ending — but an opening into deeper peace, clarity, and self-trust?
Imagine a quiet morning in the French countryside, light filtering through old stone walls as the year gently comes to rest. You exhale. You reflect. You remember how far you’ve come — and how good it feels to release what no longer needs to come with you.
This retreat isn’t about striving forward. It’s about softening back into wholeness.
A sacred pause to honor your journey, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
Join us for an intimate year-end gathering at Manoir Caché — a 19th-century estate in Brittany where design, beauty, and soulful well-being meet in harmony.
More than a retreat, Full Circle is an energetic closing — a graceful completion of 2025 and an invitation to step into 2026 with lightness, alignment, and renewed inspiration.
Limited spaces are available for this final retreat of the year.
Secure your spot and come home to yourself — one last time before the next chapter begins.
Your Hosts
Christina Perez-Rougerie
For Christina, Full Circle is more than a theme—it’s her lived experience.
Turning 50 marked a new kind of homecoming. After years of navigating life in France, she’s finding her voice—literally, through language, and figuratively, through renewed confidence, health, and strength. She’s shed what no longer fits—old stories, old weight, old limits—and rediscovered the woman who was always there beneath it all.
What began as loneliness has become community. What felt foreign now feels like home.
This retreat embodies that journey: a space for women to release what’s heavy, hold gratitude for what’s complete, and step into the next chapter with lightness, clarity, and courage.
Leila Bodros
Leila has spent nearly two decades helping people remember who they are beneath the noise.
As a certified coach and facilitator, she’s guided leaders, creators, and seekers through seasons of change, doubt, and renewal. Her approach is both structured and soulful—rooted in experience, grounded in deep human understanding.
During the retreat, Leila leads the co-development circle, where honest conversation becomes clarity and shared reflection becomes courage. She helps guests recognize the wisdom in their own stories and integrate what’s ready to be completed.
Warm, intuitive, and real, Leila holds space for others to reconnect with what she believes most deeply: balance isn’t something you chase—it’s something you return to.
Returning to Wholeness
What if endings weren’t something to fear—but sacred invitations to return to yourself?
Step into the stillness of the French countryside and let this year come gently to a close.
Through creativity, movement, and meaningful reflection, this retreat guides you to release what’s complete, reclaim what’s true, and realign with your inner rhythm.
✨ This is where integration begins. Where clarity settles. Where the circle closes—and opens again.
Come Home to Yourself
Reclaim your inner rhythm
This is your invitation to pause. Through gentle somatic movement and guided reflection, you’ll reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your body and the truth that has been waiting beneath the noise.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more centered, and ready to move forward with clarity and intention.
Awaken Creativity
Express what’s ready to be released
Through intuitive painting and design-inspired exercises, creativity becomes a language of closure and renewal.
No pressure, no perfection—just color, movement, and emotion flowing freely.
Here, expression is how you honor what’s ending and welcome what’s next.
Reclaim Connection
You were never meant to do it alone
We heal in connection. Through shared meals, laughter, and Leila’s co-development circle, you’ll be supported by women walking their own paths of change and renewal.
This circle becomes your mirror, your encouragement, and your reminder that we rise when we rise together.
Leave with community, clarity, and a renewed sense of belonging—to yourself and to others.
